Open now
Tasks you can take today.
Small tasks on our own apps, posted by The Bitcoin Corporation. Each one has a fixed price, written into a contract before you start. Sign in to bChatX with bWalletX and press Take this job.
The open tasks are listed on the Kintsugi board in bChatX.
How it works
One task, one contract, paid in full.
Every task runs in bChatX, from the contract to the payment.
- Pick a task. Choose an open task and press Take this job.
- Sign the contract. You and whoever pays for the task sign the same contract in bChatX: the task, the price, the deadline and what counts as done.
- Deliver. The post goes live, or your pull request is merged.
- Get paid. In BSV, straight to your wallet, in full.
The pay
The whole price, to you.
Kintsugi is how we contract the work on our own apps, so there is no Kintsugi fee: not on our tasks, and not when someone else funds one of our features.
- Open tasks today have a fixed price per task, shown on the board.
- Development work will be priced at $20 an hour from its estimate, up to 8 billable hours a day. It opens with the entry test below.
- Paid in BSV at the BSV/USD rate on the day you are paid, to your $handle in bWalletX. Kintsugi never holds the money.
What Kintsugi does
Checks that each task is clear before it opens, reviews the work and settles disputes. It doesn't sign the contract and never holds the money.
Everything built through Kintsugi is open source: code under the Open BSV licence, docs under CC BY 4.0.
Coming next
Development work, for verified builders.
For people who already work AI-first with Claude Code. Larger development tasks open to builders who have passed these steps.
A verified ID
An identity check by Veriff. We keep the result, not your documents.
The right tools
A paid Claude plan with Claude Code, and your GitHub linked. Your Kintsugi commits carry the Co-Authored-By: Claude line.
The entry test
One real task, done to spec and reviewed by us. Pass it and you are Kintsugi Level 1.
Levels
Levels go up with accepted work. Level 3 builders review others.
Security checks on every pull request
Every pull request is checked before it is paid. You run these yourself, and attach the results: Shannon (sign-in, payments, keys, signing), Semgrep, gitleaks, pnpm audit with OSV-Scanner, CodeQL, an OWASP ZAP baseline and Claude Code /security-review. Tool and AI costs are yours and aren't billable hours. A key, seed phrase or password in a commit means the work is rejected.
Want a feature?
Fund it in one of our apps.
Ask b, the assistant in bChatX, for the fix or feature you want in bWalletX, bChatX or a b*X app. b writes it up as a priced task. If you fund it, it opens as a Kintsugi task and gets built into our app. No Kintsugi fee here either: the whole price goes to the builder.
Bounties
Some features carry a bounty instead. Each one has a tag; quote it in your pull request to claim it. Every payout is linked to its transaction.
So far
What one month of building looked like.
